what is yoga?
Yoga means unity. It is an ancient system that aims to create union and harmony in the body, mind, and spirit. Through practicing yoga, we become more aware of ourselves: our body, our breath, our thoughts, and feelings. The awareness we develop in a class transends into our daily lives. Not only do we begin to stand and sit straighter, but also we become more relaxed and better able to handle our daily challenges.

Yoga can be for anyone and everyone who has an interest or curiosity about it. Whether flexible or not, in shaoe or not, young or not, yoga can meet your needs. I believe yoga should be taught to the level of the person, rather than the person trying to fit him/herself into level or style of yoga.
